Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements working group meeting on 4/1/25

The California ISO will host a public stakeholder call for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on April 1, 2025. This session will focus on how CRR/financial transmission rights (FTR) markets are structured at other ISOs and regional transmission organizations. The meeting will feature presentations from representatives of the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), the PJM Interconnection (PJM), and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) on the structure and functions of their CRR/FTR markets.

Please submit written comments based on the working group discussion and presentations by end of day April 15, 2025, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage. 

The meeting will be recorded and the files posted to the initiative webpage for a limited time. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
