Congestion Revenue Rights refresher training sessions on 4/28/25 and 4/29/25

The California ISO will host three refresher training webinars to review the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Replacement Project. The sessions for CRR Holders, CRR Allocation, and Load Migration for Load Serving Entities are scheduled for April 28, 2025. The session for Utility Distribution Companies (UDCs) will take place on April 29, 2025.

The ISO conducted training on the new CRR system in November 2024. Users will have the opportunity to review a similar training as a refresher before the project’s hard cutover to the new system later this month.
