DB139.5 Full Network Model production deployment

The California ISO will deploy DB139.5 Full Network Model into production on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
The deployment will include adding 4 season definition in adherence to FERC 881, as well as additional reliability related changes outlined in the Full Network Model Work Scope DB139.5 posted on the Network and resource modeling webpage. It is anticipated that the Integrated Forward Market/Real-Time Nodal (IFM/RTN) and HANA applications will have system down time. Please be sure to monitor ADS/MNS messages day of deployment for exact times.
