Draft 2026–2028 Policy Roadmap Published; meeting on 11/6/25, comments due 11/13/25

The California ISO is pleased to announce the publication of the draft 2026–2028 Policy Roadmap, which summarizes the policy initiatives and schedules that are planned for the next three years. We invite you to join the virtual stakeholder meeting on Nov. 6, 2025, where we will review the draft Roadmap, discuss key themes from stakeholder feedback, and preview the upcoming 2026 Policy Catalog and Roadmap process.

To support stakeholder engagement and ensure broad input, we have developed a short survey aligned with the format of the stakeholder commenting tool. This survey invites stakeholders to provide feedback on their support for the initiatives and timelines described in the draft Roadmap, and their ability to commit resources to participate in the portfolio of initiatives.

This effort builds on the valuable input received through the previous policy initiative prioritization survey which helped shape the current draft.
We encourage all stakeholders to review the draft Roadmap and participate in the survey and stakeholder meeting. Your feedback will be instrumental in refining the final version.
