The California ISO will host a hybrid stakeholder meeting on May 27, 2025, to review and discuss the Revised Draft Final Proposal for the Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) Congestion Revenue Allocation initiative. The Revised Draft Final Proposal will be posted today, May 19, by close of business.
The Revised Draft Final Proposal discusses next steps for additional enhancements suggested by stakeholders and provides further refinements and clarifications in response to submitted comments. The initiative will be brought to the Western Energy Market Governing Body and ISO Board of Governors for a decision in June instead of May, as originally projected.
The Revised Draft Final Proposal, the agenda, and other meeting materials will be posted on the initiative webpage prior to the meeting. If you are interested in attending the stakeholder meeting in person on May 27, please register here by May 23.
The ISO welcomes stakeholder participation and feedback and will open a comment period for the Revised Draft Final Proposal with comments due on June 2, 2025. The comments template will be made available prior to the stakeholder meeting on the initiative webpage
