Final 2026-2028 Policy Roadmap Published

The California ISO is pleased to announce the publication of the 2026-2028 Policy Roadmap, which outlines the policy initiatives and schedules planned for the next three years. The accompanying spreadsheets describe provides the planned policy development timeline for both existing and new market policy initiatives under the 2026-2028 Policy Roadmap process, as well as the final dispositions for 2025.

The ISO thanks stakeholders for their robust participation throughout the 2025 Catalog and Roadmap development process and looks forward to beginning the 2026 process with stakeholder policy initiative proposals in January.
