Follow-up: Extended Day-Ahead Market Congestion Revenue Allocation Phase 2 Working Group meeting on 8/20/26

The California ISO (ISO) will host a follow-up virtual Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) Congestion Revenue Allocation Phase 2 Working Group meeting on Aug. 20, 2026. This meeting is a continuation of the previous discussion held on Aug. 13, 2026, and will focus on continued discussion of design concept #3. 

This working group meeting will seek to finalize the presentation and materials introduced during the Aug. 13, 2026, working group meeting, continuing the dialogue on a design that establishes congestion revenue entitlements by incorporating Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) transmission rights and CAISO congestion revenue rights (CRR) in a common simultaneous feasibility test.
