Gas Resource Management: Final Proposal published

The California ISO has published a Final Proposal for the Gas Resource Management (GRM) initiative.

The Final Proposal has been updated with minor changes, additional clarity and implementation details in response to stakeholder feedback. The Final Proposal is available on the GRM initiative webpage.
