Interregional Transmission Coordination: 2026-2027 Project Submission Period is open through 3/31/26

As part of the interregional transmission coordination effort, the 2026-2027 submission period is open through March 31, 2026, for stakeholders to submit interregional transmission project proposals into the annual transmission planning process. These proposals will be considered in the 2026-2027 transmission planning cycle. 

Please submit project proposals to itpsubmission@caiso.com by close of business March 31, 2026 using the Interregional Transmission Project Submission Form. Additionally, information providing guidance on the project submittal process for each of the western planning regions is also available on the ISO website for Interregional Transmission Coordination.
