List of Validated Project Sponsor Applications: Manning - Metcalf 500kV Transmission Line Project

The California ISO has posted to its website a list of project sponsors for the Manning - Metcalf 500 kV Transmission Line, Sequence 2, Project whose project sponsor applications satisfy the information submission requirements and have been validated for the Transmission Planning Process, Phase 3 Competitive Solicitation process. 

Pursuant to section 24.5.2.4 of the ISO Tariff, the ISO validated three applications for the transmission solution that satisfy the information submission requirements. The ISO will next consider whether the validated project sponsors are qualified, and then it will undertake the selection process to determine which qualified project sponsor should finance, construct, own, operate, and maintain each substation project.
