The California ISO has posted the final agenda for the Market Surveillance Committee teleconference meeting on Jan 16, 2026. The objective of this meeting will be for the Market Surveillance Committee to discuss the Price Formation Enhancements Balancing Authority Area (BAA)-Level Market Power Mitigation (MPM) and Scarcity Pricing Draft Straw Proposal.
