Market Surveillance Committee teleconference meeting on 11/1/24; Final Agenda posted; Draft Opinion to be posted

The California ISO has posted the final agenda for the Market Surveillance Committee teleconference meeting on Nov. 1, 2024. The objective of this meeting will be for the Market Surveillance Committee to adopt their opinion on Storage Bid Cost Recovery draft final proposal.
