RC West has issued the operating procedure referenced below and is visible under "Draft and future effective operating procedures."

RC0710 Frequency and Voltage Ride-Through Requirements and Unexpected Event Mitigation for Inverter-Based Resources: NERC PRC-029 and PRC-030, version 1.0, effective Oct. 1, 2026

New procedure created and issued for new North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) PRC-029-1 and PRC-030-1.
