Notification of revised CAISO Operating Procedure 2210Z and New 4150 Issued

The California ISO has revised (or issued new) the operating procedures referenced below.

2210Z Effectiveness Factors - All, version 29.8, effective July 31, 2026.

  • 6110: Table 5A - removed STIGCT_2_LODI (Lodi Generation) resource due to unit retirement on 6/30/26. Updated to version 15.1, effective 6/23/26

  • 6310: Table 4, Part 2 - removed CHWCHL_1_BIOMAS (Exchequer Chowchilla) due to unit retirement on 7/06/26. Updated to version 27.0, effective 7/07/26 

  • 7420: Table 3 - removed CHWCHL_1_BIOMAS due to unit retirement on 7/06/26 (Listed twice).

  • 7440: Table 3, CP# 2 - removed VISTRA_5_DALBT4 (Dallas Battery Energy Storage) due to unit retirement 6/08/26. Updated to version 4.4, effective 6/04/26
