The California ISO has posted a revision of the Available Transfer Capability Implementation Document (ATCID), effective Nov. 6, 2025

Annual Review: Corrected typos in Section 4.3 under NLN (Native Load Needs) portion. Minor format and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.
