Notification of revised ISO Available Transfer Capability Implementation Document

The California ISO has posted a revision of the Available Transfer Capability Implementation Document (ATCID), effective Nov. 5, 2026.

Annual Review: Included “Distribution Restriction: CAISO Public” at the end of document. Minor formatting and punctuation edits and removed history older than five years.
