Notification of revised ISO operating procedure 2510

The California ISO (ISO) has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

2510 NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) and CAISO Tagging Requirements, version 10.5, effective Sep. 24, 2026

Update includes Miscellaneous (Misc) Info Field for Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) resources that have Imbalance Reserve Up (IRU) or Reliability Capacity Up (RCU) awards. Included clarifying language on what is expected from a Scheduling Coordinator (SC) when EDAM award for Transfer System Resources (TSR) is not a whole MW (truncate and round down).
