Notification of revised ISO operating procedure 4420

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

4420 System Emergency, version 15.9, effective Dec. 3, 2024.

Section 3.2.3.1 – Clarified Long Start -Strategic Reliability Reserve Resources (LS-SRR) coordination 4 to 7 day and 1 to 4 days.

References: Reinstated SRR Generation Resources table, as it was removed in error. Includes update to Commercial Operation Date (COD) status for Enchanted Rock Lodi.
