Notification of revised ISO operating procedure 5210B

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below. 

5210B Generation Desk Logging, version 8.0, effective May 28, 2026. 

Major update: Added more clarifying detail to Purpose and Generation Logging Types. Added new nightly task sections for Lead and Mitigation Desk. Minor formatting and grammar edits.
