The California ISO has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

1210 Day-Ahead Market, version 20.1, effective July 1, 2026. 

Updates made due to BAL-002-WECC standard retirement on July 1, 2026.

2210 Real-Time Market Activities, version 11.8, effective July 1, 2026. 

Added definitions and changes for BAL-002-WECC standard retirement on July 1, 2026. 

2330C Exceptional Dispatch Instruction Type Codes, version 7.8, effective July 1, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Removed BAL-002-WECC reference due to standard retirement on July 1, 2026. Grammar correction in Section 2.3. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

2340 Ancillary Service Availability Validation, version 3.6, effective July 1, 2026. 

References to BAL-002-WECC-3 removed due to standard retirement on July 1, 2026. Removed history prior to five years. 

3140 TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specification Guidelines, version 6.0, effective July 1, 2026. 

Updated item 2.8 to remove reference to Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) standards due to retirement of BAL-002-WECC, effective July 1, 2026. Included effective date in Version History from version 6.7 update for Annual Review, as it was overlooked.

3140A TOP-003 TOP - BA Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision, version 6.8, effective July 1, 2026. 

Updated item 2.8 to remove reference to WECC standards due to retirement of BAL-002-WECC, effective July 1, 2026. Included effective date in Version History from version 6.7 update for Annual Review, as it was overlooked. 

4100 System Operations Emergency Plan, version 12.0, effective July 1, 2026. 

Annual Review: Updated standard reference from WECC BAL-002-WECC to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) BAL-002 due to retirement of BAL-002-WECC on July 1, 2026. Minor format and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

4420 System Emergency, version 16.5, effective July 1, 2026. 

Removed reference to NERC Standard BAL-002-WECC due to standard retirement on July 1, 2026. 

5330 Resource Testing Guidelines, version 12.6, effective July 1, 2026.
