Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 1510, 2210 and 5320

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

1510 Pre-schedule and Check-out Validation, version 6.4, effective Oct. 9, 2025. 

Periodic Review: 

Responsibilities: Defined California ISO (CAISO) as first instance.

Updated from Net Scheduled Interchange (NSI) to Scheduled Net Interchange (NIS) and from NAI to NIA (Actual Net Interchange) to align with BAL-004-WECC-4 update for Oct. 1, 2025.

References: Updated version in Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) Criterion reference.

Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

2210 Real-Time Market Activities, version 11.6, effective Oct. 9, 2025.

Replaced Manager of Real-Time Operations with Manager of Balancing Authority (BA) Operations. Update reference to OP 5410 in Section 3.1.4 due to title change. Updated Operationally Affected Parties to included "posted to the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) Portal." Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

5320 Resource Trial Operations and Test Energy Process, version 4.4, effective Oct. 9, 2025. 

Minor edits for clarification in Section 3.3 to more accurately reflect the necessity of Scheduling Coordinators (SCs) to call for testing approval, even if they are not a dynamic or pseudo-tie. Other minor formatting and grammar and removed history prior to five years.
