Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 2210Z and 5210B

The California ISO (ISO) has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

2210Z Effectiveness Factors - All, version 29.9, effective Nov. 5, 2026.

  • 8610: Table 3B, Footnote 6 – updated language for de-loop at Pardee.

  • Updated version and date only for the following: 

    • 6110: updated to version 15.2, effective 11/01/26

    • 6310: updated to version 27.3, effective 10/28/26

    • 6410: updated to version 12.4, effective 11/01/26

    • 7230: updated to version 17.1, effective 11/01/26

    • 7410: updated to version 10.7, effective 10/26/26

    • 7430: updated to version 27.7, effective 10/28/26

    • 7510: updated to version 7.0, effective 8/06/26

    • 7540: updated to version 2.2, effective 10/01/26

    • 7720: updated to version 6.4, effective 8/13/26

    • 7760: updated to version 3.4, effective 10/28/26

    • 7820: updated to version 22.4, effective 11/01/26

  • Updated Operationally Affected Parties to reflect “CAISO” Public.

  • Removed history older than five years.

5210B Generation Desk Logging, version 8.1, effective Nov. 5, 2026.

Periodic Review: Edits made in Generation Logging Table under Frequency Disturbance, Generation Notes, and OR (Operating Reserves) Event. Defined various terms, included “CAISO” Public under Operationally Affected Parties and minor formatting and grammar edits.
