Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 2510A and 4420

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

2510A POR/POD-Scheduling Path Cross-Reference, version 12.5, effective May 14, 2025.

Update to include RDMTEA aggregated scheduling point and addition of RDM230 as a valid point for TRCYTEA. Renumbered Notes within Cross-Reference table and below. Added North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standard INT-006 under References. Minor punctuation edits for Cross-Reference.

4420 System Emergency, version 16.1, effective May 1, 2025. 

Annual Review: 

Section 3.2.2: Removed fourth bullet relating to coordinating additional Emergency Mega Watt (MW) above approved permit and/or Generator Interconnection Agreement (GIA) due to retirement of 4420I.

Section 3.3: Added new table for Flex Alert criteria

Section 3.6.1: Added note regarding Emergency Assistance.

Throughout document changed Emergency Load Reduction Program (ELRP) Board to Demand Response (DR) Event Board and changed ELRP program to DR program.

Removed reference of 4420I from Appendix due to retirement.
