Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 2530, 5310, and 5370

The California ISO (ISO) has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

2530 Manual Dispatch on Interties, version 7.4, effective Aug. 20, 2026.

Periodic Review: Defined first instance of various terms for clarity, minor formatting, and grammar edits.

5310 Generation Station Requirements and Communications, version 5.4, effective Aug. 20, 2026.

Periodic Review: Provided clarification in Section 3.4 for “low frequency event” with definition as “where frequency falls below 59.5 Hz (Lower end of Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) continuous operating range).” Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

5370 Resource Performance Verification, version 7.8, effective Aug. 20, 2026.

Periodic Review: Defined first instance of various terms, minor formatting, and grammar edits.
