Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 2530 and 4510

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

2530 Manual Dispatch on Interties, version 7.3, effective May 26, 2026. 

Updated all instances of “FIT (Fully Integrated Tracking)” with “ARMS (Advanced Reporting and Monitoring Service)” application. Removed history prior to five years. 

4510 Load Management Programs and Underfrequency Load Shedding, version 6.7, effective May 26, 2026. 

Annual Review: Updated from “FIT” to “ARMS” tool/software. Minor formatting and one minor punctuation edit.
