Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 2550 and 6930

The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below. 

2550 Inadvertent Interchange ATEC (Automatic Time Error Correction) Payback, version 6.6, effective April 9, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Minor formatting and grammar edits and corrected North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) BAL-004-WECC version reference in Version History for Version 6.5.

6930 Eldorado Intertie and System (Eldorado-Moenkopi) Scheduling at Willow Beach, version 8.1, effective April 9, 2026. 

Retired – no longer required, as there are no special accommodations for the parties to use each other’s transmission on an emergency basis without charges.
