Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 3100, 3100A and 4510A

The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below. 

3100 Establishing System Operating Limits for the Operations Horizon, version 8.2, effective March 5, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Defined NERC in Purpose section. Updated version for NERC TOP-002 reference in References section. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

3100A Acceptable Thermal Performance Examples, version 1.4, effective March 5, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Minor formatting and grammar edits.

4510A Load Shed Calculation Guideline - Public Attachment, version 13.6, effective March 5, 2026. 

Annual Review: Updated percentage numbers based on 2025 peak load data.
