The California ISO has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

3210 Transmission Outages, version 17.3, effective May 14, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Defined first instance of California ISO (CAISO), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC). Updated NERC Standards version references. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

3210A Transmission Outage Request, version 6.2, effective May 14, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Spelled out first instance of CAISO in Notice. 

3210G Outages to Connect New or Re-Arranged Facilities, version 4.2, effective May 14, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Minor grammar edits and removed history prior to five years. No other content changes required.

3510E Considerations When Requesting Unscheduled Flow Mitigation for Path 66 (California-Oregon Intertie (COI)), version 2.3, effective May 14, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Minor format and grammar edits only.
