Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 4110, 4110A, and 5320

The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

4110 Operations Emergency Preparation Notifications and Reporting, version 10.5, effective Oct. 10, 2024.

Periodic Review: Purpose: Defined first instance of CAISO. Section 3.2.2: Minor edit for clarification. References: Updated EOP-011 reference due to version update. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

4110A Department of Energy (DOE), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) Significant Event Reporting Requirements, version 8.5, effective Oct. 10, 2024.

Periodic Review: Defined CAISO with first instance in General Principals section. Added References section with NERC EOP-004 standard. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

5320 Resource Trial Operations and Test Energy Process, version 4.3, effective Oct. 10, 2024.

Responsibilities: Defined first instance of CAISO and After-the-Fact (ATF).

Section 2.2: Minor edit to Note.

Section 3.2: Updated Note under Scheduling Coordinator Item #1.

Section 4: Added sub section for Resource Performance Issues.

Updated from Generation or Transmission “Desk” to “Dispatcher”. Minor formatting and grammar edits. Removed history prior to five years.
