The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below. 

4110 Operations Emergency Preparation Notifications and Repo, version 10.7, effective Oct. 31, 2025. 

Replaced Manager, Real-Time Operations or Manager of Real-Time Operations with Manager, Balancing Authority (BA) Operations or Manager of BA Operations. Replaced Director, Real-Time Operations with Director, BA Operations. Minor formatting and grammar edits. 

4110A DOE, NERC, and WECC Significant Event Reporting Requirements, version 8.6, effective Oct. 31, 2025. 

Replaced Manager of Real-Time Operations with Manager (Balancing Authority (BA) Operations. Minor formatting and grammar edits.
