Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 4410 and 4410D

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

4410 Emergency Assistance, version 12.4, effective June 19, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Updated from Net Scheduled Interchange (NSI) to Scheduled Net Interchange (NIS) to align with BAL-004-WECC-4 standard update 10/01/25. Removed 4410H from Appendix section due to procedure retirement. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

4410D Emergency Assistance Resource IDs, version 4.8, effective June 19, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Grammar edits to third sentence prior to table. Updated table removing Western Area Colorado Missouri (WACM) WCRS Resources due to Southwest Power Pool West Balancing Authority (SWPW BA) transition on April 1, 2026, and these resources are no longer applicable. Removed history prior to five years.
