Notification of revised RC West operating procedure RC0320

RC West has revised the operating procedure referenced below. 

RC0320 Outage Review and Coordination, version 4.1, effective April 23, 2026. 

Added new Appendix A, Equipment Outages Requiring RC Pre-clearance Approval. Defined first instance of System Operating Limit (SOL), Interconnection Reliability Operating Limit (IROL), and Bulk Electric System (BES) and included acronyms for Balancing Authority (BA) and Transmission Operator (TOP) in Responsibilities section.
