RC West has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

RC0540A RC West WIT (WECC (Western Electricity Coordinating Council) Interchange Tool) Schedule Change Process, version 1.4, effective Sep 17, 2026.

Updated from Net Scheduled Interchange to Scheduled Net Interchange (NIS) to align with BAL-004-WECC-4 update on Oct. 10, 2025. Updated Operationally Affected Parties section to reflect “ISO” Public. Minor formatting and grammar edits.
