Notification of revised RC West operating procedure RC0670

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

RC0670 NERC PRC-002 Disturbance Monitoring and Reporting Requirements Process, version 1.7, effective Oct. 10, 2024.

Operationally Affected Parties: Updated to align with procedure attachment RC0670A, Appendix I: DDR (Dynamic Disturbance Recorders) List Association with PRC-002, R5. Included RC0670A in Appendix section.
