Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0100 and RC0320

RC West has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

RC0100 Reliability Coordinator Authority, version 2.2, effective Sep. 3, 2026.

Annual Review: Updated to Annual Review to align with RC West Statement of Authority for Operating Personnel. Reverted to original language in the first paragraph of the Statement of Authority as last reflected in version 1.3. Included Operationally Affected Parties section with CAISO Public, updated North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Requirements under References section, updated Frequency to “Annual,” and removed history prior to five years.

RC0320 Outage Review and Coordination, version 4.3, effective Sep. 3, 2026.

Updates to Appendix A: Added South of San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) 230 kV lines for Southern California Edison (SCE) and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDGE), and Arizona Public Service Company (APS)/Salt River Project (SRP) Hassayampa 500 kV lines per RC9550 and RC9560.
