Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0110 and RC0420

The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

RC0110 Communications Protocols, version 4.3, effective Aug. 15, 2024.

Annual Review: Minor update to communication protocol in Section 3.2 stating that operators should identify with use of first and/or last name. Minor format and grammar edits in Sections 3.1 and 3.2.

RC0420 Event Reporting, version 1.8, effective Aug. 15, 2024.

Updated noting that RCs will notify the Joint Information Center (JIC) of reportable events, instead of Manager of Real-Time Operations (MRTO), and submit OE-417 reports as needed. Added EEA-Watch to events that require reporting to JIC.
