Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0120, RC0120A, RC0120B, and RC0120C

RC West has revised the operating procedures referenced below:

RC0120 Guidelines for RC West IRO-010 Data Specification and Collection, version 5.8, effective April 2, 2026. 

Annual Review:

Section 3.7.5.5: Removed California Simultaneous Import Nomogram (CASI) from the Path list table due to retirement of CAISO Operating Procedure 6150 CASI Operation.

Added guidance regarding Section 3.7.6.4 for seasonal ratings along with RC Data Gathering Template update.

Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

RC0120A RC West IRO-010 Data Specification, version 6.9, effective April 2, 2026. 

Annual Review: Added data request 4.12 per new North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standard BAL-007-1. 

RC0120B RC West IRO-010 Data Specification for Adjacent RCs, version 4.8, effective April 2, 2026. 

Annual Review: Minor format and grammar/punctuation edits and removed history prior to five years. 

RC0120C ICCP or PMU Data Request Procedure, version 3.5, effective April 2, 2026. 

Annual Review: Updated to change the RC Portal location to the Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) Registry for a listing of the PMUs available for sharing. Removed history prior to five years.
