Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0120, RC0120B and RC Coordination Plan

RC West has revised the operating procedures referenced below. 

RC0120 Guidelines for RC West IRO-010 Data Specification and Collection, version 5.9, effective May 7, 2026. 

Update to applicability section for Generator Owners and Operators registered as Category 2 Inverter-Based Resources (IBRs) to receive data from their interconnected utility.

RC0120B RC West IRO-010 Data Specification for Adjacent RCs, version 4.9, effective May 7, 2025. 

Data Specification tab: Updated Data Validation Method for Rows 48 - 51. 

Exceptions tab: Added exceptions to data requests for Black Hills Balancing Authority (BHBA) Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM) go-live. 

RC Coordination Plan, version 5.6, effective May 7, 2026.

Periodic Review: Minor edit in Section 10 for clarity and minor punctuation edit. Included LS Power Grid California in Appendix C and updated several other Entity IDs. Removed history prior to five years.
