Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0120, RC0210 and RC0410

RC West has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below. 

RC0120 Guidelines for RC West IRO-010 Data Specification and Collection, version 6.0, effective July 1, 2026. 

Updated version number for North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) CIP-012 references due to standard update on July 1, 2026.

RC0210 Monitoring Frequency and Balancing Authority Performance, version 1.6, effective July 1, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Changes to the reserve's recovery timing due to BAL-002-WECC-3 retirement on July 1, 2026. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years. 

RC0410 System Emergencies, version 4.2, effective July 1, 2026. 

Changes to the reserve's recovery timing in Section 3.1 due to BAL-002-WECC-3 retirement on July 1, 2026. Updated Section 3.1.3 with task to request the BA to provide updates at least every hour until the EEA 2 is terminated. Updated Section 3.5 title from Load Shedding “Instructions” to “Philosophy,” and revision to beginning of first paragraph. Removed history prior to five years.
