RC West has revised (or issued) the operating procedures referenced below.
RC0120A RC West IRO-010 Data Specification, version 7.0, effective Oct. 1, 2026.
Updated data requests 6.13 and 6.14 regarding Geographic Information System (GIS) Template and lowered voltage to 69 kV. Updated data requests 3.2 – 3.8, spelling out “Reliability Coordination” > Load Forecast.
Updated Exceptions, including Forecast Data for Req #s 3.5, 3.5 for PacifiCorp (PAC) and Portland General Electric (PGE) - Extended Day Ahead Market (EDAM) entities do not need to submit energy base schedules.
Updated Version History to include "CAISO" Public and shared with RC West Balancing Authorities (BAs) and Transmission Operators (TOPs).
