Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0140, RC0330, RC0410, and RC0410A

RC West has revised the operating procedures referenced below. 

RC0140 Guidelines for Sending Messages Across RC Seams, version 3.2, effective May 28, 2026. 

Periodic Review: References: Added North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) COM-001-3 and IRO-014-3 references. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

RC0330 Coordination with Neighboring Reliability Coordinators, version 3.5, effective May 28, 2026. 

Annual Review: Added new Section 3.4.5 to address RC-RC notification and coordination requirements during system restoration. Defined first instance of several terms (Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), System Operating Limits (SOLs), Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits (IROLs), NERC, Remedial Action Scheme (RAS), Balancing Authorities (BAs), and Transmission Operators (TOPs)). Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years. 

RC0410 System Emergencies, version 4.1, effective May 28, 2026. 

Annual Review: Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years. 

RC410A EOP-011 Plan Review Checklist, version 3.7, effective May 28, 2026. 

Annual Review: Minor format edits and removed history prior to five years.
