Notification of revised RC West Operating Procedures RC0320 and RC0420

RC West has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

RC0320 Outage Review and Coordination, version 4.2, effective Aug. 6, 2026.

Updates to Appendix A: Removed line items for Columbia SCAPs, Pacific Direct Current Intertie (PDCI) and Table Mt-Round Mt 2 lines. Added Fern Rd-Table Mt 2 and Round Mt-Fern Rd 2 lines. Minor formatting and grammar edits.

RC0420 Event Reporting, version 2.3, effective Aug. 6, 2026.

Defined first instance of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) terms.

Section 3.2 RC Task, 4th bullet: Corrected Appendix 1 reference with regard to criteria for reporting.

Appendix 1, Item 9 and 10: Updated requirement to notify JIC and RC management for unexpected loss of 3 or more Bulk Electric System (BES) elements.
