RC West has issued or revised the operating procedures referenced below.
RC0130B New Equipment/RAS (Remedial Action Scheme) Checklist, version 1.0, effective June 1, 2025
New procedure attachment created and issued.
RC0330 Coordination with Neighboring Reliability Coordinators, version 3.4, effective June 1, 2025.
Annual Review: Minor formatting and grammar edits for consistency. Updated North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) EOP-011 version in References section. Removed history prior to five years.
RC0460 Reliability Coordinator Area Restoration Plan, version 3.5, effective June 1, 2025.
Annual Review: Minor format and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years. Minor edit in Section 5 under Distribution, adding “Electronic” for copies of the latest approved restoration plan of each Transmission Operator (TOP) in its Reliability Coordinator (RC) Area.
RC0680 RC Guidelines for Seasonal Assessment and Coordination Process, version 1.3, effective June 1, 2025.
Periodic Review:
Section 7: Updated to current group information, removing the Northwest Operational Planning Study Group (NOPSG), which does not exist. This includes the removal of Figure 2 with group details.
