RC West has revised the operating procedure(s) referenced below:

RC0410 System Emergencies, version 3.9, effective May 1, 2025.

Annual Review: Updated North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Standard EOP-011 references due to version update. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

RC0410A EOP-011 Plan Review Checklist, version 3.5, effective May 1, 2025.

Annual Review: Updated Operationally Affected Parties to align with other Plan Review Checklist procedures. Minor format and grammar edits for consistency and removed history prior to five years.

RC0540 WIT (WECC (Western Electricity Coordinating Council) Interchange Tool) Administration, version 1.2, effective May 1, 2025. 

Periodic Review: Minor formatting and grammar edit throughout. Minor edits in Section 3.1 for adjustment “up or” down and updated from ISO to CAISO. Updated WECC Criterion under References section. Updated Appendix A to reflect current structure.

RC0540A RC West WIT Schedule Change Process, version 1.3, effective May 1, 2025. 

Periodic Review: Defined Balancing Authorities (BAs) and Transmission Service Providers (TSPs) and updated the WIT Schedule Change Request Form link in Background section. Updated Customer Inquiry, Dispute and Information System (CIDI) User Guide link under Step 3. Minor formatting and grammar edits.
