Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0460F and RC0610

RC West has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

RC0460F EOP-005 Plan Review Checklist, version 4.0, effective Aug. 1, 2026.

Annual Review: Added new Section 2, and updated checklist to include additional elements based on RC0460 updates. Minor formatting and grammar edits and removed history prior to five years.

RC0610 System Operating Limits Methodology for the Operations Horizon, version 3.5, effective Aug. 1, 2026.

Section F: Added to note for monitor-only contingencies defined in Real Time Contingency Analysis (RTCA)/Hosted Advanced Network Applications (HANA). Added new Appendix F Monitor-Only Contingencies in RTCA/HANA.

Section K: Added a requirement for TOP to email ISORC@caiso.com when posting new or updated stability limits to the RC Portal.

Minor formatting and grammar edits.

Changes have been approved by the Operations Working Group (ROWG).
