Penalty Enhancements Demand Response Investigation and Tolling: Draft final proposal with redlines posted

The California ISO has posted the Penalty Enhancements: Demand Response, Investigation, and Tolling (PEDRIT) draft final proposal with redlines to the initiative webpage.

The redlines set the proposed joint initiative classification, reflect the new Western Energy Markets (WEM) Governing Body name, add that no comments were submitted in response to the proposed removal of the ISO’s reporting requirement for federal entity Rules of Conduct violations, clarify the definition for demand response (DR) monitoring data versus additional data when requested, and provide minor language clarifications.
