Points of Interconnection Heatmap Update: Cluster 15 - Cluster Study Scenario added

The California ISO has updated the Points of interconnection heatmap | California ISO to include the Cluster 15 - Cluster Study scenario in compliance with CAISO Tariff Appendix KK Section 3.6.

Cluster 15 Update – The SCE EOP, NOL, and Eastern study areas are not included in the Cluster 15 - Cluster Study scenario. These are merchant areas with 0 TPD available.
