Revenue Meter data for the CAISO Meter entities will not be posted to MRI-S due to system upgrade.

California ISO (ISO) is upgrading the Revenue Meter Data Acquisition and Processing System (RMDAPS) from Oct. 5 to Oct. 8, 2026. Please be advised that Meter data posting in the MRI-S for the ISO Meter entities will be temporarily paused during this time. Meter data will be posted in MRI-S starting from Oct 9, 2026. 

During this time, for the resources that do not have Actual meter data posted in MRI-S, ISO settlements will be estimating the meter data for T+9B statement. Once the upgrade is complete, Estimated meter data will be replaced with the Actual meter data and it will be reflected on the T+70B statement. 

The upgrade to the ISO RMDAPS will not impact Scheduling Coordinators ability to submit the meter data to MRI-S. Only ISO Meter entities are impacted. Scheduling Coordinator Metered Entities are not impacted and can continue submitting the meter data per their normal business process.
