Scheduling Infrastructure and Business Rules Advanced Bid Submission and Validation Training on 3/19/26

The California ISO will offer a Scheduling Infrastructure and Business Rules (SIBR) Advanced Bid Submission and Validation training session on March 19, 2026. This training is tailored for Scheduling Coordinators and SIBR users responsible for the submission of economic and self-schedule bids in the Day-Ahead Market as part of Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) initiative changes.

What topics will be covered?
This session will provide an overview of complex bid submission scenarios and validations in the Scheduling Infrastructure and Business Rules (SIBR) application. It will guide users through:

• Bid scenarios including Transfer System Resources (TSRs) Types 1-4, transient TSRs, contract reference numbers, and transfer capability limits
• Common errors step-by-step

Who should attend?
The primary audience for this training is SIBR UI users. Specifically, staff from entities who are responsible for submitting or validating economic bids and self-schedules in the Day-Ahead Market, whether through SIBR or their own third-party software.
