Settlements Business Practice Manual Walkthrough - EDAM Access Charge call on 8/19/25

The California ISO will host a stakeholder call on Aug. 19, 2025, to review proposed updates to the Settlements Business Practice Manual (BPM), specifically focused on the Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM) Access Charge. Three topics will be discussed during this meeting:

1. Updates to existing Attachment F - Access Charge Rates Submission Template and Access Charge Rates Submission Procedure;
2. How EDAM Entities will use the EDAM Access Charge portion of the updated Template to submit the three components of recoverable revenue data; and
3. How the California ISO will collect EDAM Access Charges and distribute them in new charge codes 8322 and 8326, respectively.

A draft of the BPM Attachment F will be posted to the release planning page by close of business on Aug. 15, 2025, to allow stakeholders time to review the material ahead of the call. Additional BPM walkthroughs are planned for September to review the Extended Day-Ahead Market BPM.
